Religious Education

At Our Lady of Lebanon parish, we have a unique Religious Education Program. Our small, dedicated group of catechists do their best to lead by example and teach with patience. The Religious Education Program attempts to blend the universal Catholic teachings and Maronite heritage. We make an effort to highlight the unique nature of the Maronite tradition. It takes place on a set schedule usually every week now prior to Saturday morning on a set schedule

If you are interested in becoming a teacher or teacher's aide in the Religious Education program,please contact the Pastor at the Church or the Director of Religious Education by phone or e-mail. The catechists' manual will help describe what the jobs entail.

We take this opportunity to welcome your child to the 2000-2009 Religious Education Program.  
Our first session will take place on Saturday September 27, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. Sharp! until 12 noon.

It is very imperative that you, the parents will play an instrumental part in this learning curve.  
Without your help at home and your good example, classes will not be sufficient to nourish the children
with God's work, action parables and messages.
Enclosed please find the registration form.  Please complete and return to the parish office so that we can plan accordingly for teachers and students.
